SUBMISSION TERMS
SSG grades cards using professional judgment and consistent evaluation standards; a grade is an opinion of condition and does not guarantee market value, resale price, or a future grade from another company.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Standard is estimated at 30 business days and Premium at 14–21 business days. Estimates begin after SSG receives the cards and completed submission; shipping time is excluded and estimates are not guarantees.
CARD PREPARATION
Customers must package cards securely in penny sleeves and semi-rigid holders and provide accurate submission information.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Standard and Premium charges are based on the submitted card quantity. Authentication-only work requires a custom quote. Customers should contact SSG as soon as possible regarding changes or cancellation eligibility.
SHIPPING
Customers should use secure, trackable shipping and retain tracking information. Carrier terms and any purchased shipping coverage apply while cards are in transit.
PRIVACY
Information submitted through this website is used to process submissions, communicate with customers, support payments, and operate the service. Wix and connected payment providers may process information according to their own policies. SSG does not sell customer information.
